Indian culture is full of many customs and rituals. One of them is asti visarjan after death. Basically after cremation I.e setting the body of pyre , the bones were later immersed in the pious River. It is the part of final rites. After winding up the cremation process in the morning, I went out for the bone Immersion ritual to be performed at sangam prayagraj. The train was at 2AM, saddened by the death of my dad, I went out to the road for some refreshment. I had a cup of tea, to avoid sleep.
Indian railway station has always been a chaotic place. Inside the building or outside, people always keep buzzing of the place. Especially the outside roads were full of motor vehicle. But at so late at night, the place was completelly silent. Not many people , but yes few busses and rickshaw can be seen waiting for the passenger.
I am not expecting any shops or market to open so late at night, but found two kiosks actively running at night. First being the snacks and water counter. A small shops to cater the need of the passenger coming to railway station.
The other one is the tea shop. Indians were always known as tea lover. This can easily be known through the small counter at one corner of the road.
An old uncle is handling the counter. He is offering the tea to the customers. The good thing is that he was selling some really quality stuffs so late at night. He is making the fresh boiling tea at a small stove.
One can ask the tea, either in paper cup or mud cup. Drinking tea, I mud cup always tastes better than the paper cup. Many people loves to sip tea through the mud cup. And I did it too.
The old man really doing his business and the quality of tea just made me belive it. One sip of it made me feel so refresh, that ended up drinking 3 cup at once. I thanks him and went inside the railway station waiting for my train arrive.
There is nothing to explore the market much so late at night. But did allow me to refresh a bit to carry on with other important process that I was in persuit. A cup tea is enough to refresh the mood, #marketfriday can not be so lonely before. And #hive allow me to keep off from all the mental pressure.
