How was the market formed?
The market has long been a familiar concept to Vietnamese people because it is the location that contains a country's economic and cultural picture. Talking about the market is talking about a cultural feature. That is a symbol of convergence and distillation, and it is both simple and soulful, as well as new and joyful due to the excitement and noise. As a result, the traditional people's market is always appealing to locals and domestic and international tourists. The market and market culture have been impacted and changed over time, but many cultural identities of each village remain. Markets emerged very early in human history when people produced more goods than they needed and desired to exchange them with other people in order to obtain a specific type of good. The form of market organization in each countryside, each region of the country, maybe different, bringing the breath of life. Its distinctive imprints are associated with the history and spiritual life of the people in each region. As a result, it's difficult to say how many markets there are in Vietnam, and how many different types of markets there are.
What can be bought here?
Today, I'd like to introduce you to a market near my university. And this location is very familiar not only to me but to everyone who lives and studies in this area. This is a traditional market with many new generations. Items sold here range from household appliances, bedding, and fabrics to dry food, seafood, a variety of vegetables and fruits, and, of course, food stalls on the spot. I was a loyal customer of the food stalls here when I was a freshman. I got up very early to go jogging and then to the market to buy food for the day's cooking. Because I arrived at the market very early, the household goods stalls were not yet open. It appears that these booths are only operational from 8 a.m. onwards. Only a few business owners arrive early to display their wares.
In front of the market, consumer goods stalls are sold. If you need to buy any electrical goods, it is simple to locate a store because it is visible. Continue, the space in the middle of the market is a place to sell clothes, fabrics, book bags, briefcases, watches, grocery products such as fabric softener, washing powder, and many other items. I cannot list them all. If I list, it may not be until tomorrow morning. Lol. 𤣠The prices of the items vary greatly; some locations are more expensive than others. When you go to the market, you must be astute. Clothing and bags, in particular. They are sold at such high prices that you must pay the price, similar to lowering the price of the product before purchasing it so that you do not lose money. That has been my experience after purchasing items at a loss.
The piggy bank is used to store money or as a decorative item in the home. I used to save my money and put it here when I was a kid. After a year, I have a good amount of money, which I spend on things I enjoy. In addition, there are well-known traditional craft villages in Vietnam, including clay-fired craft. These piggy banks are the manifestation of that quintessence. In the upcoming articles, I will introduce everyone.
The ladies fixing clothes can be found near the area selling fresh food. Clothes were sewn on older sewing machines. Skilled hands with a wealth of experience. You will not be dissatisfied with your clothing purchase here.
My favorite stalls - Food stalls š±
This is where I go every day to get my groceries. Here, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. In the tank, you'll see live fish, shrimp, and squid swimming around. What's more, they're very diverse; I used to confuse alum and pink catfish because of their colors. My roommate once told me to go to the market and buy red catfish and return it to the store with sauerkraut, but I ended up buying alum fish instead. As a result, my friend was unable to cook that dish š . Rice paper, Quang noodles, snails, filter cake, crab cake soup, and other foods are only available in Vietnam. Foreign tourists are always perplexed by Vietnamese cuisine. I believe that many of you in the Hive community has tried this dish while visiting Vietnam.
Traders in the market are extremely humble and welcoming to buyers. The market is usually busiest between 5 and 6 a.m. This is the time to deliver goods, unload goods from the car at the point of sale, and people go to the market early so they can get to work on time. So, if you want to see this bustling scene, get there early. The sounds of people selling goods, cutting meat, and loading and unloading goods are all very pleasing to the ears, but if you listen to them all the time, everyone will develop tinnitus. š You don't have to worry about parking your motorbike when you go to the market. Because there are parking lots on both sides of the street. The storage area is cool and spacious, and the custodian is professional, so your car will be well-kept unless you park it incorrectly š. In addition, there are security teams and guards patrolling regularly.
Most tourists who visit Vietnam must go to the Vietnamese market. I guarantee you won't be disappointed if you come here and eat the food they sell. It will be a fantastic experience for you to learn more about traditional markets in Vietnam during your trip. Thank you for taking the time to read through my post.
