Christmas toy store

I wondered this morning which photos would be better to show for the #marketfriday challenge by Hive account@dswigle. I have photos from the Gostiny Dvor department store, from the Hermitage bookstore, from a pharmacy ... but then my eyes noticed a folder with photos of New Year's shop windows.

I took these photos at the end of December. The gloomy sky is reflected in the windows, and it seems that the photographs were taken in the evening. In fact, this is the middle of the day, two in the afternoon. In December we have short and gloomy days.

In some reflections, you can see an unusual round building and a flag developing over this building. The flag depicts a seagull. The shop is located opposite the island of New Holland, a seagull is a symbol of this island.

Mechanical toys in the shop windows are constantly moving: the airship is floating through the air and the sleigh with Santa is approaching.
