Greetings to everyone. Glad to see you're all doing well; it's been a long time since I've posted on #marketfriday. As previously discussed, I'll be back after I balance the burden of responsibility. But this time the story is different because I went to Sigli's largest traditional market...
Welcome to the Pante Teungoh Sigli Traditional Market for this week, today,Friday, July 8, 2022.
Pante Teungoh Sigli market, which is known as one of the largest and most popular markets in the city of Sigli Indonesia, is a local market where all types of food, including tools or ingredients to make food, are sold. Today, on Friday, there is a Mak Meugang tradition (food tradition) in which residents come to the market to purchase various necessities on the food menu. Because two days after the tradition of mak Meugang (tradition of eating and eating), we will welcome the tradition of Eid al-Adha... (Day of Joy). They purchase materials for white wells, red wells, and other cooking needs at home (we call them well tools)

They are buying well tools for cooking needs at home

This market is open daily from 6 am to 11 pm. After that the market will be quiet and closed. so no one else will come here. There are usually no weekday visitors at the market, but on Fridays, as it coincides with the Mac Megang tradition, the market is usually bustling, but still seems quiet.
is a fact from the traditional market pante tengoh sigli.

You don’t have to worry if you’re shopping in this market because here all the amenities are available, ranging from parking, 2-wheeled vehicles and 4-wheeled vehicles. As you can see, there are many two-wheeled vehicles on the side of the road. There are even tricycles like 3-wheel vehicles that enter the market in search of customers! You can go straight with a 2-wheel car to enter the market. Because this market is wide enough and very popular in the Sigli area.

This market, as I said, is very big and most popular in Sigli city, as one of the traditional markets created by the local government. This market has 2 road entrances, we can enter from any door we like..., if visitors come to the market when it's crowded, usually this street will be crowded with people... but this morning it still looks a bit. . Tomorrow is still there. Because there are 2 more days before the Eid al-Adha holiday comes... they will definitely come to the market on Friday and Saturday. and the possibility that the market on Saturday tomorrow will mushroom...because after that the market will be closed for three days because there is a tradition of celebrating Eid al-Adha. Can you see some people in the market? Second, across the street. traffic still looks safe.! Why do I say safe? Because I can still go to the market with a two-wheeled vehicle, which makes it easier for me to get to the market. It still hasn't progressed since it's the first day.

On the first side of the road you will be presented with a view of vegetable traders, and on the second side of the road there are also many vegetable traders, even fish traders in this market! These people sell their vegetables since this morning, it seems there are still a few people who come to buy, although there are a few who come to buy. keep following me!

I was shocked by this man, I don’t know what he was thinking! Suddenly he said, Please take a picture of me, because I love to be photographed! Grandma in the back with a smile when I take this picture.

I want to take you for a walk to the market. It takes about an hour to get past the side of the market which I can touch the rest of the market. This image shows everything you need in this market, including fish, vegetables, chicken, duck, tofu, tempeh, and so on! I could disassemble it, but basically the market is the same! I want to show it to you because I can catch it using my smart device

Tofu and the pace of traders, until I bought 1 kilo it was very cheap, only 5 thousand rupees.

In this market you will also be presented from the point of view of the fishermen. My friend volunteered to show up in front of me, and he didn’t mind when I took this picture of the fish he was selling me.

He also showed me the chicken, I took this photo with his permission. He happily and voluntarily showed me a picture of chicken meat, which is also sold in this market...this market is very complex! everything from fish, chicken, duck and so on.

He smiled at me until I told him I hope your product sells well and sells well. I salute his struggle to become a merchant. He started with passion and perseverance. I said to myself: I hope this product ends quickly and sells well, so that he can become a successful trader in the future.

I want to thank #marketFriday for the wonderful opportunity to share my journey and the market experience as a whole; It's always inspiring to see the support I receive in this community every week. Thanks to all my readers; I send greetings from my family; please stay safe until next week.
