To start analyzing the first thing I did was to identify each sample, with its respective number in order to avoid errors, and to prepare my tubes.
In the case of feces, I did the macroscopic examination to see how it looked, consistency, color and odor, and then I mounted my slide with a drop of saline solution and a drop of Lugol's solution.
Let's talk a little about urbanorum before it was reported as a parasite but some scholars of parasitology mention it in courses and congresses, as an artifact or fat molecule.
