It's a double edged sword in many ways. For example Venezuelans need the income from Hive, but they are also making Hive into a usable currency with businesses there taking Hive/HBD as payment, which should be a good thing, especially if it continues to expand. It's actually in their best interests to see Hive succeed and grow and I know many try only to take out their liquid Hive rather than powering down.
