I will tell you a little about the pathology. Ichthyosis alerquin is a genetic disorder of autosomal recessive inheritance where there is a mutation of the ABCA12 gene that modifies keratinization.
Les comento un poco de que se trata el Patología . La Ictiosis alerquin es un desorden genético de herencia autosómica recesiva donde ocurre una mutación del gen ABCA12 que modifica la queratinizacion .
Patients present large and irregular fissures on the skin surface and due to hyperkeratosis present eversion of eyelids and lips.
Los pacientes presentan fisuras grandes e irregulares en la superficie de la piel y debido a la hiperqueratosis presentan eversión de parpados y labios.
The treatment basically consists of moisturizing the skin with moisturizing creams or lotions.
Constant baths to keep the skin moist and eliminate the scales as well as maintaining good hygiene to avoid infections.
