After Phase 3 this will need to be 100% removed. Most provinces are well into Phase 2 of the lock down which means gatherings of 100+ and social distancing at business are the only requirements. We are past the severe requirements to sanitize at businesses, although many major chains like Starbucks and Tim Hortons who serve food continue to use masks and sanitizer. There was never at any point a requirement to wear a mask, this is strictly a commercial tool that businesses are using in their customer care and human resource departments to make sure they keep the highest standard of ethics.
Personally I think this is offensive to the knowledge put forth by health professionals, whom I would assume as I am not one, would have let her on the plane if she did not have a a fever in the last 14 days or travel within that period. I didn't listen to 100% of this live stream, but I didn't hear her mention travelling recently.
