Near my home, there is a school variously named: Colegio Lasalle/Los curas/Fundación Armstrong (In honor of its founder). Here we all know it as the school of the priests and as its name suggests, it is a school of a religious nature. The building dates back to 1915 when it began to function as a boarding school where children from all over the country came to learn all kinds of trades (beekeeping, agriculture, mechanics, art, etc...). The building is imposing and colonial style but I don't want to delve into it as the history is quite extensive. I am posting in #ZDE since next to this establishment, there is an abandoned house, in ruins, that always caught my attention. This house belonged to the Ezcurra family, descendants of the governor of Buenos Aires Juan Manuel de Rosas (Died in 1852). The house dates from the end of the 18th century and is beautiful but frightening at the same time.
If you look at the photos, it is completely fenced. It is forbidden to enter and I guess it is because of the danger of collapse, besides being private property. The thing is, I see it and it gives me chills. It is disturbing to observe and has a strange aura that I can not explain. I did not hear stories about this old building but there is a negative aura, there is. More than 100 years after it was erected, all kinds of things must have happened there. Behind the school there is a pantheon where all those who lived there are buried. Take a look at the photos and judge for yourselves. To go to the school and have a cemetery there is already terrifying. You can only enter with special permits and I don't know if you can get them, but for the moment, I share with you the photos of the school and the hacienda that gives you the creeps.
