AssalamuAlaikum & Greetings Everyone!
It's me
Hello friends of the hive pets, how are you? I am once again welcoming you with a new blog. This is also my post about the growth of chicks. I had told you in my previous post that the chicks are not growing, as you can clearly see in these pictures.
If I didn't let them live in the open air for some hours, they would not grow, and they need to walk. I have to take them out of the cage.
First of all, the chicks ran towards the water. I think they were thirsty. I had already arranged water for them and there was medicine in it so that there would be no fever or cold. They started drinking the water with their beaks and faces towards the sky.
I had told you in the previous blog that some chicks had fallen ill, but due to this medicine, they are completely healthy. The change in weather and the cold weather are dangerous for both birds and humans. This is the reason why I am trying to take maximum care of them so that they can avoid diseases and their growth can be good.
I have also arranged feed for them, and they start looking for insects and moths in the ground, but do not eat them, which is their favorite food. I keep them in the open air for about half an hour to an hour so that they run around, and after that, I safely return them to their box. Children love chicks very much and also like to play with them.
So when they are munching their daily grain in the open air, the children also play with them, and my child tries to catch them, but I forbid him to let them find their food. Slowly, their growth has started to change, and they are gaining weight, and hopefully, in the next two to three months, they will grow quite big. That's all for now, see you in the next blog.
