Saludos mi gente hermosa de Hive, feliz y bendecido Domingo, para mi es un grato honor compartir con ustedes una anécdota muy divertida de mis tortugas Prince y Princesa, espero sea de su agrado.
Greetings my beautiful people of Hive, happy and blessed Sunday, for me it is a great honor to share with you a very funny anecdote of my turtles Prince and Princess, I hope you like it.

Prince y Princesa son unas tortugas de tierra, que adoptamos desde que son bebés y las cuales creímos que no iban a llegar a ser lo que son hoy por nacer antes de tiempo, sin embargo cada día crecen sanas y fuertes así lo dejan ver su apetito.
Prince and Princess are land tortoises that we adopted when they were babies and we thought they were not going to become what they are today because they were born too early, but they are growing stronger and healthier every day, as their appetite shows.

Pero como todas mascotas en crecimiento son traviesas y en ese proceso de adaptarse al hogar y tratar de adecuar sus instintos de animal silvestre, ocurren muchas anécdotas y una de ellas fue cuando un día estábamos limpiando el tanque subterráneo de agua de la familia, por las obvias razones del problema con el agua por lo que hay que contener la mayor cantidad de agua. Bueno lo cierto es que entre tanto movimiento de tobos, haragan, cepillo y escalera olvidamos a Prince y Princesa estaban cerca del tanque, porque las habíamos sacado a comer hierbas que salen normalmente en cualquier área donde hay humedad y un poco de tierra.
But as all growing pets are naughty and in that process of adapting to the home and trying to adapt to their wild animal instincts, many anecdotes occur and one of them was when one day we were cleaning the subway water tank of the family, for the obvious reasons of the problem with the water so you have to contain as much water as possible. Well the truth is that between so much movement of buckets, haragan, brush and ladder we forgot Prince and Princess were near the tank, because we had taken them out to eat weeds that normally come out in any area where there is moisture and a little soil.

Estamos saca y saca agua y barre y barre todo del fondo del tanque, nos reímos, nos hacemos bromas, cuando de repente la vecina nos alerta que parece que en la cuneta esta una tortuga pero que no esta segura y que debemos salir a ver si se trata de una de nuestras mascotas. Al salir todos mojados nos damos cuenta que se trata de Princesa que ha salido por el tubo del desagüe mientras que Prince quedo atascado en el y no lo sabíamos aun, al tomar a Princesa la pobre se encuentra enlodada y nos causa mucha risa, porque parece una tortuga extraterrestre, venida de otro mundo, aunque nos preocupa a la vez, la revisamos, la lavamos, secamos y la colocamos en un lugar seguro, y de repente, nos percatamos y surge la pregunta y Prince ¿Donde esta?, ahí DIOS mio, esperamos que no se haya ahogado y desesperadamente exclamamos ¡no, no, no puede ser!, la buscamos y buscamos, hasta que la encontramos en la mitad de la tubería y sin duda alguna es otra tortuga extraterrestre.
We are pulling and pulling water and sweeping and sweeping everything from the bottom of the tank, we laugh, we make jokes, when suddenly the neighbor alerts us that it seems that in the gutter there is a turtle but that it is not safe and that we should go out to see if it is one of our pets. When we come out all wet, we realize that it is Princess who has gone out through the drainpipe while Prince got stuck in it and we didn't know it yet. When we take Princess, the poor thing is muddy and it makes us laugh, because it looks like an alien turtle from another world, although we are worried at the same time, we check it, wash it, dry it and put it in a safe place, and suddenly, we realize and the question arises: Prince, where is he? There, my GOD, we hope it has not drowned and desperately exclaim "no, no, it can't be", we search and search, until we find it in the middle of the pipe and without a doubt it is another extraterrestrial turtle.
Pensamos y pasamos a la operación rescate sin causar ningún daño a Prince, entonces con el palo de uno de los cepillos al cual se ha colocado un envase en el extremo y se ha envuelto con un trapo empujamos suavemente hasta lograr que salga del otro lado; la rescatamos, la lavamos, secamos y la pobre se nota desesperada y asustada, mientras la tenemos en nuestras manos, se nos salieron las lagrimas porque casi perdimos a estas indefensos animalitos que nos dan alegría, nos dan sustos como estos y nos dan más sentidos a nuestras vidas.
We think and move on to the rescue operation without causing any harm to Prince, then with the stick of one of the brushes to which a container has been placed at the end and wrapped with a cloth we push gently until it comes out of the other side; we rescue it, wash it, dry it and the poor thing looks desperate and scared, while we have it in our hands, tears come to our eyes because we almost lost these defenseless little animals that give us joy, give us scares like these and give us more meaning to our lives.

Desde allí siempre estamos más pendientes de ellas, no las perdemos de vistas ni un segundo. Ya que Prince y Princesa son y serán una de las razones más importantes para ser cada día mejor y luchar para salir adelante y que nada les falte a ellas ni a mi familia ya que ellos son y serán el motor que impulsa mi vida.
From there we are always more aware of them, we don't lose sight of them for a second. Because Prince and Princesa are and will be one of the most important reasons to be better every day and to fight to get ahead so that nothing is missing for them and my family, because they are and will be the engine that drives my life.

Prince y Princesa las amo infinitamente su felicidad es la mía, cada día que pasa aprendo de ustedes y doy gracias a la vida por tan maravilloso regalo, mientras viva nunca nada les faltara. Que DIOS me las bendiga hoy, mañana y siempre, son un sol nunca se apaguen.
Prince and Princess I love you infinitely, your happiness is mine, every day that passes I learn from you and I thank life for such a wonderful gift, as long as I live nothing will ever be lacking. May GOD bless you today, tomorrow and always, you are a sun never go out.
