I know it seems unusual but there are certain signs that indicate that both have created a bond, here are 3 of them.
Acicalamiento mutuo/Mutual grooming
Para quienes no saben de qué va esto, es cuando los gatos se limpian el pelaje con su lengua, eliminando los polvos, la suciedad y los pelos sueltos. Cuando un gato le hace esto al otro es una muestra de confianza y afecto además que los ayuda a fortalecer lazos y es una evidencia de ya son cercanos.
For those who don't know what this is all about, it is when cats clean their fur with their tongues, removing dust, dirt and loose hairs. When one cat does this to the other, it is a sign of trust and affection and helps them strengthen bonds and is evidence that they are already close.
Juego y Persecución/Game and chase
Estos son comportamientos naturales de los gatos. These are natural behaviors of cats. Marcar territorio compartido/Marking shared territory
Cuando dos gatos comparten un territorio y lo marcan de forma pacífica y sin conflictos se llama marca de territorio compartido. Eso significa que su territorio lo reconocen como forma conjunta, ellos se frontan en los mismo sitios además algo muy importante es que comparten los recursos como bebederos, camas incluso comida. Ya si tus dos amiguitos hacen eso ha de quedar más que claro que se quieren.
When two cats share a territory and mark it peacefully and without conflict, it is called shared territory marking. This means that they recognize their territory as a joint territory, that they face each other in the same places and that they share resources such as drinking fountains, beds and even food. If your two friends do that, it must be clear that they love each other.
