Yesterday we gave free veterinary services to the community very far away from the city.
We must serve a total of 120 hours to the community before we get graduated as veterinarians. Of course, due to our inexperience we did everything with the supervision of our professor.
This kind of experience helps a lot the people with economic issues, and it isn't a secret how the economic situation of the country is.
It is so nice how grateful people are when my college does this kind of activity. But still!! It is not good to wait for these services just because they are free, always call a vet as soon as possible with any trouble, if money is an issue always must be talked about and see if there is any solution.
My dream and my interest are working with pets, mostly dogs and cats, but I love animals in general, so despite the weather being very hot, I still enjoyed the day.
The best of this "communitarian service" is that you learn a lot, despite is not my dream area to work with, I like to learn new thing and mostly from animals. This is the kind of thing that lets me know I'm on the right path and it's worth fighting until I get graduated.
I still need to accomplish 100 hours of this kind of service, but if all of them are going to be like this day, I'm sure it is going to be very pleasant!
When they said they had baby goats i couldn't wait to play with them hahaš¤£
