Sometimes it is hard to watch your dog getting older every year, people usually tell you that they don't live too much but don't tell you how much it will hurt.
It is incredible that despite the fact that they can look like 80 years old human, their mentality looks like the same as a kid in a playground.
We are supposed to take care of them but ironically, they take care of us at the same time.
Of course, they don't have money or a big house, but they can give us a lot of comfort. I don know what I will do when my dog won't be with me, but for now I enjoy spend all the time I can with her.
How Much Valuable is a Life
Vet services have been increasing a lot in the past few years, probably because of the new findings in medicine. But sometimes I ask myself, how far will it go?
Since I live in a undeveloped country, let's say things are just expensive for the people that have a national wage, but for those who work from home for international companies, or well-paid private companies in the country, they don't have issue with it.
On the other side, I'm aware that prices in United States are increasing a lot, I think vet servicers are expensive in EEUU than in other countries. Most of the time people can't afford surgeries or treatments because they are too expensive, so they choose eutanasia because there is nothing to do about it.
How many dogs can be saved if the cost of medicine wasn't so expensive? Everything has a cost, but sometimes it looks like more expensive than it is just for the profit on it.
My dog is healthier than ever, she is already 12 years old and it doesn't look like!
But she spent most of her time sleeping, like a big piece of crap.
She is kind of blessed because she has a quasi-veterinarian as owner. But also, not so blessed because she can't eat many things because I know that they aren't good for her.
It gives me a lot of hope to know that with good health care our dogs can live plenty of years, like Bobi, the oldest dog living on earth. He is 30 years old! something incredible he surpassed the live accuracy of many!
Who knows if my dog will beat that record, I hope so!
