Greetings everyone! Compared to the hot weather, I prefer the gloomy day here today.
On May 5th, to find them loving homes, I took photographs of our puppies. Subsequently, I posted them on my Facebook account in the hope that individuals interested in adopting them would reach out to me.
In a recent Facebook conversation, one of my friends expressed her desire to adopt a pet. I wasn't certain if she was serious about her statement, so I decided to inquire further.
Fortuitously, a distant relative, upon seeing my post of puppies, reached out privately via messenger expressing her desire to adopt one. Subsequently, she shared a picture of the specific puppy she wished to adopt.
Given that the puppies have only recently begun to eat, I advised my relative to delay their release until they are fully prepared.
When we arrived home from work, my father-in-law informed us that a resident of our barangay had taken one of our puppies. We were delighted to learn that one of our puppies had been adopted, as it was originally intended for a distant relative of mine.
On May 18th, I received a message from my distant relative, Ate Cha. She inquired about the puppy she expressed interest in adopting. I informed her that I would take the puppy to her on Monday, May 20th.
On Sunday, May 19th, my husband was planning a trip to the public market. I suggested that he take the puppies along and drop off the one that Ate Cha had expressed interest in adopting. Following his agreement, I promptly relayed the news to At Cha through a message that my husband would be taking the puppy.
When my husband delivered the puppies, Ate Cha was not present at her farmhouse. Subsequently, he left all four puppies there.
That night, Ate Cha messaged me and asked why I had sent her so many puppies. I explained to her that we could not find anyone else to adopt them, and my husband had once suggested abandoning the remaining puppies in the forest area. However, I objected because I felt compassion for the puppies.
Meet "Lilo"
We planned to find suitable new homes for the four female dogs, while we decided to keep the only male dog. We named this male dog "Lilo." Due to safety concerns, especially for our asthmatic son, we altered our plan and decided to let all the puppies be adopted. The puppies were roaming freely outside our house, posing a potential hazard to us and our son's health.
On the previous Saturday, I received a message from Ate Cha inquiring about the age of the puppies. Since I couldn't recall the exact birth date of the puppies, I informed her that they were over a month old.
Since she is planning to vaccinate the puppies, she requires those details.
Presently, I am overjoyed that we have placed the puppies with an ideal owner—Ate Cha. Given that Ate Cha already owns a dog, I am certain that she will provide a loving home for them. However, I am unaware of the breed of her dog.
With that, I conclude my blog for today. I hope you enjoyed reading my article.
Thank you for reading, and may divine blessings be upon us all.
