In this case I want to show you some morrocoys that have not appeared in detail in the images of past publications and I want to talk about them in specific to highlight the importance of the environment where these animals should grow.

Hoy estoy nuevamente con ustedes para compartir bastantes informaciones interesantes acerca de cómo yo cuido a los morrocoyes que están en mi hogar... En este caso quiero mostrarles unos morrocoyes que no han aparecido detalladamente en las imágenes de pasadas publicaciones y quiero hablar de ellos en específico para resaltar la importancia del ambiente dónde deben crecer estos animales.
Several months ago they brought me two morrocoys that they had as pets in some buildings, one is called "Brownie" and the other is called "Chocolate" both have been raised together since birth, they have been alive for more than five years and all the environment where they had grown up was in an apartment, with a diet of only tomatoes, lettuce and sometimes varying... I want to comment on this since in this publication I want to talk about several points that we must take into account if we want to breed morrocoyes, first we must be clear about that these are reptiles and of a type of terrestrial species, so you have to have some space with land and that it is also wide for them to be able to walk, the second point that I want to emphasize is that they should have a varied diet and not always give them the same foods that would be unbalanced and not nutritious; both things in the long term, as the years go by they can get a disease called "Pyramidosis" which is malnutrition and lack of sun and other external components that greatly affect their healthy growth...
Hace varios meses atrás me trajeron dos morrocoyes que tenían de mascota en unos edificios, uno se llama "Brownie" y el otro se llama "Chocolate" ambos han Sido criados juntos desde su nacimiento, tienen más de cinco años vivos y todo el entorno dónde habían crecido era en un apartamento, con una alimentación de solamente tomates, lechugas y algunas veces variando... Quiero comentar ésto ya que en ésta publicación quiero hablar de varios puntos que debemos tener en cuenta si deseamos criar morrocoyes, primero debemos estar claros de que éstos son reptiles y de un tipo de especie terrestre, entonces hay que tener algún espacio con tierra y que además sea amplio para ellos poder caminar, segundo punto que quiero recalcar es que se les debe tener una alimentación variada y no siempre darle los mismos alimentos ys que no estaría balanceado y no sería nutritivo; ambas cosas a largo plazo, al pasar los años le pueden dar una enfermedad llamada "Piramidosis" lo cual es desnutrición y falta de sol y otros componentes externos que afectan grandemente en su crecimiento saludable...
Since Brownie and Chocolate arrived 🐢 I noticed that they had all the symptoms of Pyramidosis, their old pain is very fond of them, but they were completely unaware of their basic care and I noticed how they were getting sick so that's why they brought them to me, the first month they They were very fearful because they had never been with other morrocoys, and they were much bigger than them and strong, it was obvious that they were trying to escape from space, little by little they adapted, and the weakness they had disappeared, since in the morning they wore sun natural which did not happen much where they lived before and fed with variety.
Desde que llegaron Brownie y Chocolate 🐢 me fijé que tenían todos los síntomas del Piramidosis, su antigua duela les tiene mucho amor, pero desconocía completamente de sus cuidados básicos y notaba cómo se estaban enfermando así que por eso me los trajo, el primer mes se encontraban muy temerosos porque nunca habían estado con otros morrocoyes además mucho más grandes que ellos y fuertes, se notaba que intentaban escapar del espacio, poco a poco se fueron adaptando además la debilidad que tenían se les fué desapareciendo, ya que en las mañanas llevaban sol natural lo cual no sucedía mucho en dónde vivían antes y se alimentaban con variedad.

In past publications I commented that it is important to keep an eye on the morrocoyes in the rainy season since they accumulate huge amounts of mud in the lower part of their bodies , sometimes that hardens and causes them to accidentally tip over and then they cannot be in their natural position and they die, so it is good to watch what they do and bathe them when they have an excess of swamp.
Me di cuenta luego de dos meses y medio qué, comenzaron a enterrarse entre las plantas... En pasadas publicaciones comenté que es importante vigilar a los morrocoyes en temporada de lluvia ya que éstos acumulan lodo en inmensas cantidades en la parte baja se su cuerpo, a veces eso endurece y hace que éstos se volteen accidentalmente y luego no pueden estar en su posición natural y mueren, por eso es bueno vigilar lo que hacen y bañarlos cuando tengan un exceso de pantano.

Lo positivo del pantano es que es muy importante para que ellos fortalezcan su cuerpo, los minerales de la tierra son cruciales para la salud de éstos, entonces hay que siempre dejarlos llenarse así sea un poco con lodo para que estén frescos y sanos, los protege de muchas enfermedades... Luego de varios meses observé que están muy cómodos, en casa les tengo muchas cuevas entre el corral que es amplio para que puedan caminar bastante.
