My girlfriend's father asked us if we could drive to their house and feed their chickens and cats. I love spending some quality time with my gf so it was an instant yes from me.
What I didn't know was that I was gonna make a new cute furry friend!
Isn't she beautiful? I never though I would fall in love with a cat but this one is special!
My relationship with cats is not bad but it's not that great either! Don't get me wrong, I love animals, I am a dog owner myself. It's just that I don't trust cats! I was attacked twice by cat in the past and man it's hella scary!
Anyways, this little fella was very scared when we arrived and I couldn't even get close to her at first so I gave up!
My gf's father has 3 cats in total and none of them is actually friendly so we decided to just feed them and move on to our next tasks!
We fed the chickens...
And all of a sudden, one of these 3 kitties approached me and kept asking me to pet her! Slowly but steadily, I approached the kittey and fnally touched her!
She was scared at first but she was also moaning! I think that's good in cat language right? hehe! Some minutes later, this tiny furball was following me everywhere around the yard and even tried climbing on my shoulder lol!
That was it! A new friendship was born today and my lack of trust for cats has gone away! Well, not completely but I didn't even worry for a second while I was playing with my new pal!
