Previously, I was engaged in breeding Persian cats. And, of course, took part in exhibitions.
But cat breeding is not only about participation in exhibitions.
Given the "flat" faces of Persian cats, the breeder often has to give birth to cats. Since these cats find it difficult to gnaw through the umbilical cord.
Therefore, I was giving birth of my "girls".
How scared I was !!!!!
In general, having gone through all these torments, I took delivery and this beautiful baby appeared.
I named her Matilda.
She is a month and a half in the photo.
The photos I were taken with a Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70L tablet
I thought to keep Matilda for myself, so when she was about 9 months old I made her a European passport, because without this it is impossible, and went with her to an exhibition in Greece, in the city of Athens.
Rest before the upcoming first flight
And here we are at the exhibition, examined by the judges. No, it doesn't end there :-) it just starts
The most exciting and difficult thing is the expectation of the final results. After all, there are a lot of participants as well as different breeds of cats.
And at the end of the day, the results are announced and the awards are presented.
My Matilda won!
She took 1st place among all breeds in the junior category !!!
Here are our awards :-)
On the very first day, 2 women immediately became interested in Matilda, i.e. wanted to buy it.
But what, right away with prizes :-)
Moreover, it was not her only victory.
I was persuaded for 2 days. I ended up selling it.
It's always very difficult for me to part with kittens ...
But one of them wanted to buy it even before the exhibition, then I refused her.
And this woman found out who bought my Matilda and phoned her and went to her house to ask to sell her Matilda.
But she was refused.
But the strange thing is that my Matilda ran to this woman, sat down on her lap.
Before leaving, the hostess wanted to take Matilda away, and Matilda, who was a very affectionate and obedient girl, suddenly showed aggression towards her new "mother" and, clinging to the woman, did not want to leave her.
The woman began to cry ...
She went for 2 days persuading to sell her Matilda.
In the end, she was sold. The truth is much for a large amount.
How do I know all this?
We are still in correspondence with this woman and she sends me a photo of Matilda.
Here is Matilda at her house.
We go to visit the "grandmother" on a leash :-)
New "mommy" Matilda loves! And Matilda is her too!
Why and what Matilda did not like the first woman remains a mystery. Why did she fall in love with the second at first sight? Maybe there is some truth in when they say: we do not choose animals, but they choose us!
