He came into my life in April 2009 so he is 11 years old. He is a black pincher breed. When I divorced I felt very lonely, the children were already quite old, so I thought I was looking for a boyfriend or a pet and the pet came first to keep me company on my walks to the park.
Does Nano eat?
Nano eats everything, of course she has her dog. But the same thing that we eat at home, we mix it on his plate, I add pieces of chicken, if there is soup he loves the broth, that reminds me of a comic that I saw when I was little, the dog asked for the broth. If I make rice I mix a little bit in his doggie and moisten it with filtered water because doggie is hard and you have to take care of Nano's teeth. Even fish, removing the bones, eats it. I have given him fruit like milky, banana, tangerine.
He doesn't like guava. He loves chicken bone, I'm not supposed to give it to him, but he loves it. When he doesn't eat I worry because it is good to eat. What I read on the internet is important and the vet confirmed it to me, the food plate should not be down but almost at the height of his neck.

Chocolate drives him crazy he got sick on one occasion because his nephews were there and chocolate fell on the floor and they didn't tell me, he ate it and the next day he was sick with vomiting and diarrhea. Nano is not a dog to play with children, his character is not suitable but he allows himself to be touched and caressed by the neighbors. That if they do not load it does not like heights.

I don't buy them, but I can't force my neighbors not to do it even if I ask. When I was younger, I would carry it and wrap it in a cloth and keep it glued to my body. This year I saw the propaganda of a NatGeo channel to put instrument music to muffle the sound of fireworks, it served for a while, I had it in my room, but then it started running as usual.
Luckily this year there were not many fireworks. Also my son found me on the internet a sound that distracts dogs, it is quite good, pay attention looking for it.
Pets become part of the family, it is important to take proper care of them, they are not a toy, they have needs, care to do for them and you cannot vote on them when they are no longer useful to you.

El llego a mi vida en abril del 2009 así que tiene 11 años. Él es de raza pincher de color negro. Cuando me divorcie me sentía muy sola, ya los niños estaban bastante grandes, así que pensé que me buscaba un novio o una mascota y llego primero la mascota para hacerme compañía en mis caminatas al parque.
¿Qué come Nano?
Nano come de todo, claro tiene su perrarina. Pero lo mismo que comemos nosotros en la casa se lo mezclamos en su plato, le agrego trozos de pollo, si hay sopa le encanta el caldito, eso me recuerda una comiquita que veía cuando era pequeña, el perro pedía el caldillo. Si hago arroz le mezclo un poco en su perrarina y la humedezco con agua filtrada porque la perrarina es dura y hay que cuidar la dentadura de Nano.
Hasta pescado quitándole las espinas se lo come. Le he dado fruta como lechosa, cambur, mandarina. No le gusta la guayaba. Le encanta el hueso de pollo, se supone que no debo dárselo, pero le encanta.
Cuando no come me preocupa porque es de buen comer. Es importante lo que leí en internet y me lo confirmo el veterinario el plato de comida no debe estar abajo sino casi a la altura de su cuello.

El chocolate lo vuelve loco se enfermó en una ocasión porque estaban los sobrinos y cayo chocolate al piso y no me dijeron, se lo comió y al otro día estaba enfermito vomitando y con diarrea. Lo hidrate como me indico el veterinario. El chocolate es muy peligroso para los perros.
Nano no es un perro para jugar con niños su carácter no es el adecuado pero se deja tocar y acariciar por los vecinitos. Eso sí que no lo carguen no le gustan las alturas.
¿Qué hago con el ruido de los fuegos artificiales?
Yo no los compro, pero no puedo obligar a mis vecinos a no hacerlo aunque se los pida. Cuando era más pequeño, lo cargaba y lo envolvía en un paño y lo mantenía pegado a mi cuerpo.
Este año vi la propaganda de un canal NatGeo de ponerle música de instrumentos para amortiguar el sonido de los fuegos artificiales, sirvió por un rato, lo tuve en mi cuarto, pero luego se puso a correr como siempre. Por suerte este año no hubo muchos fuegos artificiales.
También mi hijo me encontró en internet un sonido que distrae a los perros, es bastante bueno, presta atención buscándolo.

Las mascotas se vuelven parte de la familia, es importante cuidarlas en forma adecuada, no son un juguete, tienen necesidades, cuidados que hacerles y no los puedes votar cuando ya no te son útiles.
