This is Begoña...
Ella es Begoña...
The one that yesterday ate a whole bottle of garlic spicy peanuts that I left on top of my desk. They were in a tupperware-like bottle so naturally it never crossed my mind that she would be able to grab it with her mouth, let alone open it to get the goodies inside.
Well, I put her intelligence to the test and she passed. She beat me.
This morning I woke up very early and very happy just to see her sad I feel like dying face and I got worried, I knew she was feeling ill, I know her. I felt bad for her, it was almost some sort of pity and I decided to rub her belly and comfort her. But that feeling of pity went away almost immediately when I went out to my backyard.
The yard was full of peanut-vomit, grass&vine-vomit that she eats to cleanse herself, and peanut-shit. All over the place. And here I was worried that my vines weren't growing healthily because of something I was doing, just to find out that my boxer eats them up every time she feels ill. I am never feeling bad for her belly pains.
I mean look at her face, how can you not love her, she is adorable, full of tenderness and kindness. She is a good dog and she only means well, not like other dogs that were raised to fight or to be aggressive - which is not their fault.
Do you have dogs? If you do, then you understand that no matter how much you reprimand them, you cheer their mischiefs (most of the times) and laugh about them.
A week ago I left two bread pieces to make some sandwiches. They were on top of the microwave, above all harm or danger, but when I arrived in my apartment I saw Pancho eating one of the breads. Pancho is not able to reach above the microwave, I knew exactly who was to be blamed for this... She stole it and then shared it with her cronies!!!
By the way, this is Pancho in case you didn't see my post about him.
