Mucho viento y una caída de temperatura brutal. Tanto que tuvimos que sacar las frazadas y la ropa de invierno de nuevo. 😁
Good morning and have a happy new week, my dear community! Even though the long-awaited spring has arrived in my country, today we found ourselves in harsh, cold weather. A lot of wind and a dramatic drop in temperature. So much so that we had to pull out our blankets and winter clothes again. 😁
Mi querido gato Bartolo, sin dudas, es muy friolento. En cuanto siente frío, enseguida busca el calor del cuerpo nuestro. Principalmente de mis piernas o brazos. Pero en caso de que no haya alguien de nosotros para calentar su cuerpito, busca la frazada. Y esto es algo nuevo en él porque nunca buscó abrigarse, pero aprendió esto de su hermano mayor, INDIO.
My beloved cat Bartolo is undoubtedly very sensitive to the cold. As soon as he feels cold, he immediately seeks the warmth of our bodies. Mainly my legs or arms. But if no one is around to warm his body, he seeks the blanket. And this is something new for him because he never sought warmth, but he learned this from his older brother, INDIO.
Bartolo, en todos estos años, jamás se metió bajo la frazada. Siempre arriba de la almohada o un acolchado, pero nunca debajo o envuelto en la frazada. Esto lo aprendió de su hermano Indio, quien siempre se mete debajo de las frazadas o mantas tanto en invierno como en verano. Bartolo es un gatito muy observador y copia lo que hacen los demás. No solo copia a su hermano gato, sino que también copia a su hermano perro. 😅
Bartolo, in all these years, never got under the blanket. He always stayed on top of a pillow or a comforter, but never underneath or wrapped in the blanket. He learned this from his brother Indio, who always gets under the blankets, both in winter and summer. Bartolo is a very observant cat and copies what others do. He not only copies his cat brother, but also his dog brother. 😅
A veces cuando vuelvo a mi habitación me lo encuentro como en esta foto. Totalmente envuelto en abrigo. O se avivó de que así la pasa mejor estando más calentito o, a medida que está creciendo, su cuerpo ya no mantiene la temperatura de cuando era más joven. No sé, lo único que sé es que me encanta verlo así todo abrigado. Creo que voy a comprarle algo para mantenerlo calentito cuando sale al jardín. ¡Creo que se viene ropita nueva para Barto! 😍
Sometimes when I come back to my room, I find him like this photo. All wrapped up in a coat. Either he realized that being warmer is more fun this way, or, as he's growing, his body no longer maintains the temperature it did when he was younger. I don't know; all I know is that I love seeing him all bundled up like this. I think I'm going to buy him something to keep him warm when he goes out into the garden. I think Barto might have some new clothes coming! 😍
