Hive like I have always been saying, has been a saving grace platform for me especially since the time I left my job. If I would not be making a mistake, I am sure that everyone here as users or authors on Hive have their one reason or the other that made them join Hive. Either they joined to add more to their income or to increase their growth of writing.
For me without mincing words, Hive has been the two choices for me. That is:
š Powering Up to grow AND
š Cashing Out my rewards
Hive has not only been an opportunity to grow in my writings alone but it has been an opportunity and platform of investment for me where I can always write to earn and save as investment, since I had always loved crypto investment too. Also, Hive has been an opportunity for me to earn to sort some of my little bills since I have no other income for now and it has not been easy for people to give orders for commissioned arts because of the hard economy right now and also a form of investment to me.
So, up till this moment I have ensured that in as much as I cash out my rewards, at the time when we still have the HBD and HP rewards and now when we only earn in liquid Hive and HP, I am not powering down. Even when Hive is still fighting it's way up and authors keep believing and hoping that it will rise and pump back someday very soon, I have decided to keep my HP intact and probably power up when I think I can.

It may be easy for others not to cash out at all especially with their liquid Hive of which I am not praising myself for withdrawing it as well cos I know powering up also get to boost Hive and ensure that we have a stable price and also probably get Hive back to where it used to be, but then, there is no other side source of income for now to make me look away from cashing out.
Somehow someday, I hope I will also be able to power up aggressively with my liquid Hive without withdrawing it and not just based on the HP rewards alone.
