Attention to details
As soon as the attention is distracted, a small mistake and negative marking is done. Writing competitive exams and driving a race car are the same. There is a loss of the smallest mistake, but you need accuracy or attention to details in every field. In professions like sergeons and paramedics, the life of the patient is in your hands, apart from this, whether you become an engineer or a consultant, whether you work in management or administration. High accuracy is always expected from you in your work.

Being expert means that your eyes have been so trained in your work that no mistake can be saved from you, how will you learn this?

3. Prepare in advance.
The last one is also work ethic which every youth should put into practice.
Always prepare the night before, this thing was taught by the youngest Vp Sales of a big company. This gentleman used to crack every meeting and deal. They say that I am not the fastest in my company, yet I am successful. Many people have natural selling qualities, many people are extrovert and make friends quickly. But I am very disciplined and do heavy preparation. I have read Think and grow rich at least 200 times. You can't call me clever but you can't even prepare like me. If there are meetings and presentation on the next day, then everything from handkerchief, socks, shoes to file, folder, pen, pen drive, laptop is prepared a night before. I know every detail about the product, about the service, about the company and about the factory. And this is not only for meetings, every Sunday night I prepare for the next week with my team. That's why I used to be relaxed in the morning before every important meeting. This is the secret of my confidence.
