आपने देखा होगा कि कुछ समय पहले मैंने खेती से जुड़ी एक पोस्ट की थी जिसमें मैंने बताया था कि पहाड़ों में खेती कैसे की जाती है. कुछ समय पहले जो सब्जियां लगाई गई थीं, वे अब बड़ी हो गई हैं।
Today I went to my garden and saw that the vegetables I had planted have started blooming. Vegetables have grown very well. I saw that many vegetables like brinjal, chilli, bottle gourd, cucumber are grown in good quantity in the garden. Which is very fresh for us.
आज मैं अपने बगीचे में गया और देखा कि जो सब्जियाँ मैंने लगाई थीं उनमें फूल आने लगे हैं। सब्जियां बहुत अच्छी उगी हैं. मैंने देखा कि बगीचे में बैंगन, मिर्च, लौकी, खीरा जैसी कई सब्जियाँ अच्छी मात्रा में उगी हुई हैं। जो हमारे लिए बहुत ताज़ा है.
You must be aware that resources are very less in hilly areas and economic development also does not happen well. Therefore, to improve the economic condition in hilly areas, people work very hard to grow these vegetables in their gardens.
आप जानते ही होंगे कि पहाड़ी इलाकों में संसाधन बहुत कम होते हैं और आर्थिक विकास भी अच्छे से नहीं हो पाता है। इसलिए पहाड़ी इलाकों में आर्थिक स्थिति को बेहतर बनाने के लिए लोग अपने बगीचों में इन सब्जियों को उगाने के लिए बहुत मेहनत करते हैं।

Vegetables, fruits etc. are planted in the gardens which are grown according to the season. In the mountains, different vegetables are grown in summer and different in winter. Along with vegetables, people in the mountains also raise animals like cows, goats and sheep for good resources. Due to which they get maximum benefits. Due to which the deficiency of milk is fulfilled and ghee, butter, curd etc. are made from milk.
बगीचों में सब्जियाँ, फल आदि लगाए जाते हैं जो मौसम के अनुसार उगाए जाते हैं। पहाड़ों में गर्मियों में अलग और सर्दियों में अलग सब्जियां उगाई जाती हैं। सब्जियों के साथ-साथ पहाड़ों में लोग अच्छे संसाधनों के लिए गाय, बकरी और भेड़ जैसे जानवर भी पालते हैं। जिससे उन्हें अधिक से अधिक लाभ मिलता है. जिससे दूध की कमी पूरी हो जाती है और दूध से घी, मक्खन, दही आदि बनते हैं।
Not everything is easily available in the mountains and one has to work hard to get it. There is great peace in the mountains. But the routine is not so easy. Like people work in cities. But one has to work very hard in the mountains. In the mountains, people pay less attention to their jobs and more to household work. They remain attached to their farms and their domesticated animals. who means everything to them.
पहाड़ों में हर चीज़ आसानी से नहीं मिलती और उसे पाने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत करनी पड़ती है। पहाड़ों में बड़ी शांति है. लेकिन दिनचर्या इतनी आसान नहीं है. जैसे लोग शहरों में काम करते हैं. लेकिन पहाड़ों में बहुत मेहनत करनी पड़ती है. पहाड़ों में लोग अपनी नौकरी पर कम और घर के काम पर ज्यादा ध्यान देते हैं। वे अपने खेतों और अपने पालतू जानवरों से जुड़े रहते हैं। जो उनके लिए सब कुछ है.

They earn their living by farming in the mountains and raising animals is also not an easy task. It also takes a lot of hard work to raise them. If animals are not given good food then how will they give us milk. Grass is also cut for animals in the forests. Who feeds them well and gives them as much milk as possible. Manure for fields is also made from the excreta and urine of animals. Rearing animals in the mountains is beneficial.
वे पहाड़ों में खेती करके अपना जीवन यापन करते हैं और जानवरों को पालना भी आसान काम नहीं है। इन्हें पालने में भी काफी मेहनत लगती है. यदि पशुओं को अच्छा भोजन नहीं दिया जाएगा तो वे हमें दूध कैसे देंगे। जंगलों में जानवरों के लिए घास भी काटी जाती है। जो उन्हें अच्छे से खाना खिलाती है और जितना हो सके उतना दूध देती है। खेतों के लिए खाद भी पशुओं के मल-मूत्र से बनाई जाती है। पहाड़ों में जानवर पालना फायदेमंद होता है.
People who come from the mountains will realize all these things very well. How much hard work is required.
इन सब बातों का एहसास पहाड़ से आने वाले लोगों को भली-भांति होगा। कितनी मेहनत करनी पड़ती है.
