Amid all the apps I have used. Including social media apps, crypto apps, transaction apps and blogging apps, I have one app that has risen above others in so many ways. In terms of customer service support, complaint resolution, investment facilities and real-time transactions. Saying that the app made my life easier is an understanding. It has made me realise that I have limitless opportunities in life, especially when I am willing and open to accessing more.
This app is none other than my Access More Banking app. It is a banking app used to carry out all forms of local and international financial transactions such as savings, transfers, airtime recharge and electronic payments including the payment of utility bills. It is also used for investment purposes. I have used this app for over thirteen years.
I have witnessed a lot of updates, upgrades and transformations and remodeling from the app developers with timely notifications on how to navigate the updates at any point. Bug fixes and corrections of any abnormalies have been with speed bearing in mind that people need efficiency and effectiveness to entrust their funds into the care of such app.
My elder brother introduced our family to the app because of the outstanding business opportunities open to the SME’s via the app. We all downloaded and got registered after going through some reviews.
Through this app, I have carried out seamless business transactions that other banking platforms refused to approve. Once upon a time, I ran out of data while on transit. Worst still, there was no network at the place where we are and I needed to carry out some transaction before I was allowed to take possession of the goods I wanted to get.
At that point, I wasn’t aware of the USSD code. While I was struggling and looking for a way out, someone introduced me to the USSD code but said I need to contact the bank for activation. I Contacted the toll-free customer care line and that was done. I quickly tried and boom my transaction was done.
The app assists me in my daily transaction ranging from online recharge, profiling of candidate’s accounts during onboarding, updating my investments and checking of daily forex rates amongst other things. Keeping me alive and thriving with both local and international currency rates.
With the above reasons, I have recommended the app to my friends and would continue to recommend it to individuals who are willing and open to trying new things. You will be glad you did and a try will convince you.
