Hello #indiaunited, how are you doing? Trust fine. I welcome you back to my blog. I am happy to participate in this week's prompt and present my write-up to you. I am looking forward to your feedback in the comments section.
The Most Inspirational Person in your Life, What is your honest take on this. What are things you do for this share with others? You can write about it in as much detail as you want.
Anytime I take stock of my life. I came to realise how my eldest sister has impacted my life. Growing up, she has taken good care of me as her baby sister and has not shied away from being my guardian to date.
My eldest sister has been the most inspirational person in my life, my role model and guide. She has been the principal of a mission school for over thirty years. In this role, I have keenly watched and admired her leadership style.
The way she respectfully advises, resolves and manages organisational goals is a source of strength to me. It has redefined my mindset and how I visualise organisational obligations. I have learnt from her how to build and retain a reliable team, an open mindset, a level of flexibility and resilience with a unique calmness, even in the face of challenges.
Her persistence without being unnecessarily agitated or stubborn has impacted me greatly and taught me how to rise above obstacles without rancour or bickering.
Furthermore, I have been inspired by her patience and integrity in handling individual differences both at school and at home. I have learnt from her that slow and steady wins the race. To remain focused and consistent in my daily pursuit of my goals.
Additionally, her level of humility and accommodating spirit has attracted goodwill to the school, and this virtue has impacted my life. She also has some children and adults who stay with her. She personally takes care of their entire financial needs without complaining, even when she does not have it all. To me, I believe that life is not about how much wealth we accumulate but how we add value and impact lives with what we have. My sister has not only added value to my life, but to others far and near, whose paths have crossed
Many students have passed under her tutelage, and most times, during festive seasons, they visit her with various gifts to show gratitude for being there when they needed her most.
In conclusion, I would say that my sister is the epitome of generosity, knowledge, kindness, patriotism, persistence and above all, my mentor who has not only impacted my life but has made me a better version of myself. She would never be sidelined in my success story.
