Time is going very speedily because people are so busy at work. People start work morning to night. Day and night we do work for the future but we also should take care of our health. I would like to thanks who clicked this picture.
I wanna say today cycling is very good health. The bone of the legs become more strong. so this is a good exercise. There is an extra benefit in cycling is we can see new people and other things with exercise. Means there is no boring moment i think.
When i was is in school. I had a cycle and that was my good friend. Wherever i go that was with me. My school was a little far away from my home for almost 3 km. My cycling was carrying to get me there.
Somewhere i heard people go for the gym for cycling. I think this real and i wonder people can do this without go gym. I don't think we could get fresh air in the gym. If we do cycling outside on the morning time
In fact, we could get fresh air and body exercise that will be very helpful for our body and life.
