Hive has really been a wonderful platform when it comes to thinking about my growth here in blockchain. I look above numbers for me; Hive is a journey of learning, growing, building connections and consistency. When it comes to growth here in the blockchain, it takes patience, and it doesn’t happen overnight. It is a journey that is built step by step. I remember back then in my primary school, I would plant a seed, and every morning I would go and water it. That is how Hive is; I nurture it until it becomes something meaningful.
My first strategy is consistency: showing up matters. Even when I'm not inspired to write, I focus myself to do so. My inner mind keeps telling me for me to grow here in the blockchain, I need to put in effort and growth. Just that happens; I need to plant for me to harvest. I try my best possible to discipline myself posting on a daily basis and engaging with other authors' posts, staying active. My friend 
Creating valuable content: posting quality content is a strategy that will help you grow in the blockchain because it will always bring people to your blog, and you can easily connect with people. It can be sharing life experiences or teaching a skill for others to learn. With this strategy, people will always come around my posts because they will acquire one skill from me.
Most of us here in the blockchain are after posting. Hive is more than that; it is always a community where you can connect with people and engage and support their content and build a relationship. Through this platform, I have been able to meet wonderful people who have enlightened me on things. I try my best to read other authors' posts and comment. I am not just doing that to be visible but to connect with others; commenting on their posts is important as publishing my own post. I have been able to connect with people just by commenting on their posts, and the friendship lasts. For me, it is very essential for long-term growth.
How come the financial aspect of Hive? For you to be successful here on the blockchain, you need to be patient and develop a strategy that will help you. Instead of withdrawing all the time, try and power up. With that, you will be more visible in the blockchain, and it gives you more influence, which will help to strengthen your presence here in the blockchain. I see it as a way to success, although it is not always easy because you will be tempted to withdraw your money. What keeps me going is I always tell myself that long-term gains are more rewarding than short-term ones.
I am so flexible; there are times I need to use my earnings. That is normal; I don’t have a rigid strategy but a realistic one. My aim is so simple and balanced: growing my account also benefits from my earnings.
I fully understand how Hive works; that is why I am always patient, and I try my best not to compare myself with anyone because everyone of us here in the blockchain started somewhere. My main focus is on growth and progress. Every achievement matters to me. I keep my mind open and ever ready to learn and connect with people who are ahead of me.
I have so much faith that it will be a matter of time; my strategy will help me grow my account and also make my journey here in the blockchain meaningful.
