Truly in nigeria there's a lot of heat and the procedure to keep yourself hydrated and healthy is very crucial.Here are my own very ways:
- Drinking enough water: Water plays a very huge role especially when it comes to hydration.It helps cool the body system down.Its not always mandatory we drink water not just when we're thirsty or after eating but we should drink it as a necessity.
Avoid Stuffy suffocating rooms or environment : Staying in a uncomfortable rooms or environment can dehydrate the body system.It is safe to stay in environment that is comfortable and airy.
Regular shower : regular shower can help keep the body refreshed and also reduce too much sweat.

- Avoid Fatty foods : fatty foods like fries,butters,etc are reasons why heat are more intense . meanwhile in the heat we should avoid those foods and eat more of vegetables and fruits to avoid unecessary sweat.
- Avoid Heat-activated creams
It is crucial we look at kind of cream we buy or ask questions about them before purchasing them.Some creams have active ingredients that stimulate heat and we should do well as to avoid them.
This outlisted are the possible way i deal with heat and i say you too can possibly follow thesame route.Yes,you can have a fan or ac but you cannot be in ac/fan all day.Following my own personal ways straight from my ideology can really help
