The time is kind of year end of farming and it's a crucial time for wheat farming. It's very important to get the harvesting and Threshing done so that grain can be taken home. This is if it rains, it will really make things difficult and before the weather changes, I want to get this done. It's the season and there is high demand for labours.
Because of high demand for the labours it is really difficult to get the labours and that is why I thinks are getting delayed however I am still trying to get more labels so that they can finish all this work as early as possible. Even though I am ready to pay slightly higher on the regular price for the labour but still it is a problem. It is every years problem because it's the time for everyone to harvest there crops and everybody try to get these done as soon as possible to avoid any loss because of weather change or if it rains.
I have many fields for wheat farming and getting these than gradually so I have tied up with a doctor on earth with having all the necessary equipment and he is helping me out to get this thing done.
I use fertilizers in wheat farming but for some portion I did not use any pesticides or fertilizers so this year I want to do a comparison that how much I lost in terms of the outcome against both type of forming. Soil is not so strong and if anybody wants to go for pure organic farming it takes at least 3 years and since last year I started this process where I am using the natural composed fertilizer instead of pesticides or other fertilizers manufactured in factories.
This is a kind of experiment I am doing and I know that it will take a few years for me to figure out with the organic farming is going to be a good business because I have seen many examples on the Internet were people are sharing good feedback but since I want to do it by my own keeping a closed track is important and that's what I am trying to do with my farming. People oftens believe that forming is an easy job but let me tell you that it is not easy and it requires a lot of efforts and time and I can say this because I have been doing a for last many years.
With time technology is evolving and it is helping the farmers to get it better and improve but because of the cost issues not every former is able to do that and sometimes even I also struggle with that because it is not possible for me to buy everything and that is where I take different support from banks still I struggle in many areas. Machine sare expensive and new seeds are also very expensive were availability is another concern so all these things that I am trying to learn and improve for the period of time to make my forming more organic and profitable year on year.
