Hello friends!
If only I could plan my weekend exactly the way I want, I would choose a weekend filled with adventure, peace, and a little bit of pampering. Life gets busy, and sometimes we move from one responsibility to another without taking a breath. So if I had the chance to design my perfect weekend, I would make sure it becomes a moment that refreshes my body, lifts my spirit, and helps me prepare for the days ahead.
The first thing I would do is go on a trip. Nothing too loud or stressful, but a place that gives me a sense of freedom and excitement. I imagine waking up early on Saturday, packing a small bag, and stepping out with a thankful heart. A change of environment always helps me reset. Even if the trip is just a short distance away, the feeling of being in a new space makes everything lighter.
On this trip I would pamper myself. I want a simple kind of self care, maybe a quiet walk, taking pictures, listening to music I love, and enjoying moments without rushing. And of course, I would love to have a good smoothie. Something fresh, cold, and healthy that makes me feel renewed from the inside.
One person I would love to share this weekend with is my baby girl. There is a special joy she brings into my life, and having her with me makes any moment feel complete. I want her to also experience calmness, joy, and new places.
At some point in the weekend, I would take time to pray and plan for the next year. Reflection is important to me. I want to talk to God, lay my plans before Him, and ask for direction, strength, and wisdom. I also want to learn something new, something small but meaningful enough to improve me.
By Sunday evening, I love to end the day by planning for the new week. It helps me feel organised and ready to face whatever comes next.
This is the weekend I would choose if I could plan it my way, simple, peaceful, adventurous, and full of purpose.
