Normally it's usually not too easy to ask someone to join you on a platform especially it has to do with crypto. I mean, people get too confused when it has to do with crypto platforms, you need to talk, teach and Also consistently assists.
For a platform like Hive, you need extra energy, it should interest you to know that, people care much about proves than just mere words.
"If you feel that the platform will be good me for, where are the proves with you? How are you succeeding on the platform?" Therefore, if you cannot answer these questions with reasonable proves you can't convince them to join you.

Therefore; I think to many here on hive, bringing new members might appear to be a little difficult, while to very few here on hive it might be soo easy, it all depends on their growth here. Because new members wants to see your growth to be motivated for theirs also.
Sometimes, you might succeed bringing new people to the platform, but they find difficulty in staying if they lack consistent support.
So my strategy would be, first of all trying to gain more growth here and develop my account more, the gain more support consistently, so that when I discuss with anyone about hive, I can tell them with confidence based on what I have achieved so far.
It's simple and clear, just needs to follow up with good strategies. Like I said before, people always love to see proves first, so I show them proves that's all. But it is very easy for some big accounts to bring people in, because they have what it takes to support the people they on-board. So the bottom line is; let's grow together first.
