Phewwww it’s November ending already, how did time go by so fast? How did we move from saying Happy New Year to getting ready for another Christmas? How? But c’mon I love the speed and I bet you do too, with such speed we’d be in 2030 pretty soon, yippee!!🥰
2025 hasn’t been the best of years for me, but one thing I must give it credit for is making me stronger and wiser. Never in my life have I been broken, tested, pushed, and stretched as much as I was in 2025. 2025 taught me resilience, it shattered my heart and still taught me how to pick every damn piece and fix them together.
How is Your Year this far?
My year so far has been good. I’m thankful for all the experiences and lessons I learnt as I wouldn’t have had them anyway, if you ask me.
I got to understand that there is no saviour out there, no one is coming on a chariot to save me from all my troubles, nor anyone waiting for the right time to save the day, absolutely no one. I am the one to save myself, the one who picks up bits and pieces of her life and puts them together to create something great. I call the shots and get the work done. This realization alone has helped me greatly this year.
My year so far has been filled with love. I intentionally decided to surround myself with people that I love and people that I know love me too; there’s no time to keep fake or toxic people around me. The world is toxic as it is, I’m not about to add to it.
2025 will forever remain the year my frontal lobe fully developed, and I am forever grateful for that.
The growth was immersive as I grew beyond my imagination. I became more responsible, focused, intentional, and goal-oriented. It’s been refreshing if I must say and I love it.
As the year comes to an end, I’m grateful for the strength to hold it together despite the various storms of life. I am grateful for the gift of good people; I wouldn’t have done it alone without the help of so many people.
I pray that 2026 be a better year for us all, as we all deserve peace and a stress-free year😃
