Honestly, if I’m talking from personal experience, my favourite way I’ve earned money online has to be Hive. I’ve tried a few other platforms like Steemit and Blurt, so it’s not like Hive was the first thing I ever came across. But after spending time on all of them, Hive just felt different. It had more structure, more opportunities, and overall, more value compared to the others. With Hive, it didn’t feel like I was just posting content into the void and hoping for luck.
I joined Hive in May 2024, and to be very honest, i didn’t join with some big confidence or high expectations. I just wanted to see if I could actually make something meaningful online, especially using my voice. That was how I started—by singing. I knew my voice wasn’t perfect, and deep down, I was aware that it wasn’t the best out there. On top of that, I was very camera shy. The idea of putting myself out there for people to watch and judge wasn’t easy at all. But I had goals, and I realized that if I kept hiding behind fear, nothing would change. So I pushed myself and just went for it.
One thing I really liked about Hive was how fast I started seeing results. It didn’t take forever before my effort was noticed, and that alone gave me motivation to keep going. I was willing to put in the work—posting, engaging, learning how the ecosystem worked, and improving gradually. Hive made me feel like effort actually mattered. Even when my content wasn’t perfect, the fact that people noticed and supported me meant a lot.
That doesn’t mean everything was smooth all the time. There were definitely moments when I felt disappointed sometimes would put in a lot of effort and feel like the rewards didn’t match what I expected. Those moments were frustrating, and I won’t lie they made me question myself. But instead of giving up, I kept reminding myself why I started in the first place. And most times, that patience paid off. Eventually, I would get rewarded, and it felt good knowing that consistency really works on Hive.
There actually a time I got distracted by other online opportunities, especially those crypto-related ones where you’re promised quick rewards, free coins, and fast money. At first, it sounded exciting, but in reality, most of them didn’t lead to anything meaningful. That experience made me appreciate Hive even more because Hive isn’t just built on empty hype and promises. It actually rewards real effort, patience, and consistency.
Looking back now, I can confidently say that Hive has been one of the best online earning platforms I’ve personally tried. Not just because of the money, but because of how it helped me grow—overcoming my shyness, believing in myself, and understanding that progress doesn’t always come instantly.
