If money wasn’t a problem, I honestly have a lot of things I would love to buy because there are many things that would not only make life easier for me but also for my family. I actually took some time to think about this particular question because once money is no longer a problem, many ideas naturally come to mind.
The first thing I would buy is a house. Currently, we live in a rented apartment, and sometimes there is always one issue or the other, especially with landlord matters, and at times even water problems. So basically, having enough money right now would make it possible for me to get a house for my family where we can have our own space, enjoy more freedom, and do things by ourselves without unnecessary restrictions. I feel having our own house would also bring a certain level of peace of mind because there is something different about living in a place you can truly call your own.
Also, after getting the house, one thing I would really want to install is a solar system. Electricity has become a serious issue in the country, and sometimes, depending on public power supply can be frustrating. Having a solar system that can properly power many things in the house would really improve our daily lives because it would reduce stress and make things more comfortable at home.
Aside from that, I would also love to get a car. Right now, we do not have any, so getting one that can take us anywhere we want, like to church on Sundays, family outings, or even special occasions, is something that would really make life easier for my family. It would also reduce the stress that comes with transportation and help us move around more conveniently.
Another thing I urgently need right now is a laptop. I once had a laptop, but unfortunately, it got spoilt beyond repair, and since then, I have not been able to get another one. In fact, now that I am doing my final year project, I sometimes have to borrow laptops from my friends, and at times I feel like I am inconveniencing them, which is not something I really like. Having my own laptop again would make many things easier for me academically and personally, too.
Then, lastly, I feel like I would want to buy lands and even invest in an estate because these are things that can provide more money in the future. I believe buying land is a very wise investment because its value keeps increasing over time, and it can also create financial security later on.
So, for me, if money wasn’t a problem, I would focus on buying things that solve important problems now and also secure a better future for myself and my family.
