The Hive blockchain is that web3 platform that has been a source of blessings to me in diverse ways. A lot of its users have testified to the same too in this space, and so far, I have enjoyed a lot of undiluted benefits from Hive.
But just like every other platform, Hive also has both strengths and challenges, and in this post, I will share my honest thoughts.
One of the positive aspects I have enjoyed on Hive since four years ago is the reward system. Here, the system gives me the opportunity to create content and get rewarded for sharing my experiences. It was too good to be real at my initial beginning, but that's the reality. Reward is a great motivation for everyone, and for me, I have been in a lot of financial messes that the rewards from Hive pulled me through. I once wrote a post I tagged, "Hive to my rescue". Is it the school fees for my kids? Is it their medication? Or my personal needs and some furniture in my home? The reward system has been amazing.
What about the social connections it offers its users? If you are good at engagement, it's easy to connect more with great peeps across the globe through Hive. One of its strengths I have benefited and loved it so much.
Again, Hive is a learning ground. I can tell you for free that so far, Hive has exposed me to lots of knowledge I never knew before. It's been value upon value, learning varieties of things like someone who is doing postgraduate education. It's been a lot of positive impact here on Hive. I don't think I can exhaust in a hurry the many strengths Hive offers, but then, the system is not devoid of challenges, and one of those challenges is its 's complexities.
I think it's not so easy to navigate at a go, especially for newbies, and when the person joins Hive, there is no written manual to follow as a guide except for certain individuals who find it vital to begin a newbies class, yet they don't usually cover all about Hive. This has made a few newbies who aren't patient enough to learn gradually leave the platform with complaints that Hive is too complex to understand. This is one challenge I can think of, but overall, it's been a great experience here.
