Each day, when I make use of most of the apps that technology has blessed us with today, I keep thanking my stars that I was born in this digital era where a lot of things are made easier than they were during our forefathers' time.
Being that I lived with my grandma all through my childhood stage until I got married, she fed me with stories of the old, how they suffered a lot to navigate life in different ways. Today the story is different; we now have a diversity of apps to assist us in our day-to-day activities.
Having said that, there are a lot of apps today that make life easier for me, but I will choose to talk about this one app called Google Keep.
Being a mom of three boys, a wife, a homemaker, an entrepreneur, and a blogger on Hive, all at the same time, can be quite overwhelming sometimes. At times I don't even remember to do certain important things for myself. My brain is always running a race, multitasking, and getting cranky, thereby making me forget important things to attend to; keeping up became a struggle for real. At this point, I had to welcome in full Google Keep.
It was a friend who mentioned this app when I was asking a random question about jotting down content ideas as they come so I don't forget when I am set to write. Just through that, Google Keep became another important tool in my life. I didn't have to overload my brain but have an important note saved there. Even when I am inspired while cooking or doing laundry, I just rush to the app and have it saved.
If I think of random stuff to run around in my home, I save it all there quickly so I don't forget. So far, the app makes me stay a bit organized in this busy world. One thing about the app is how simple it is. I can write or voice record info quickly before it escapes my mind. I can even color my notes on it for different activities when I have extra time for that, and it makes it look unique. There is more to what Google Keep can do; however, I will leave you to explore and see for yourself.
If you are the type that forgets a lot and feels overwhelmed like Mom Nkem, then I will recommend that you download this app and have a better experience. This app is a lifesaver, a small tool yet helpful in a bigger way.
