Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you're all doing well. This topic is truly interesting. What habits have changed my life? What habits have changed my life? This question seems to have me thinking hard. But for the past two months, I've been trying to release my emotions with the Sedona Method, one way I regulate my emotions. What happened to me?
Not just Sedona, but meditation. Meditation on forgiveness, unpacking old wounds. The wound of losing my father, I've tried it several times. Three months ago, it seemed like those emotions were still bottled up. Last month, I returned to meditation. As a result, I felt relieved. My sleep schedule returned.
I no longer go to bed at 12 midnight. I go to bed at 10 pm. Getting enough sleep makes me feel much fresher and better. I can start to focus. In fact, after releasing other emotions, opportunities have returned to my life. Not in large forms, but I'm grateful for them all.
Regulating emotions and returning to surrender are the keys to my life now. Sometimes emotions do fluctuate, but when they do, it's a sign that I need to let go again. I need to reexamine what wounds remain within me. Meditation is actually the final step in letting go, as it can reveal any lingering wounds.
I like the Sedona method because it allows me to release strong emotions. Meditation, on the other hand, is about releasing any lingering wounds. After releasing them all, I feel safe and comfortable again. It feels much calmer. It feels like many conveniences are constantly coming my way. Is that all?
It seems that regulating my emotions has become one of my habits today. In fact, it's become my habit. I'm grateful to have discovered these two things. That's all I can share. See you again. What do you think? Do you feel the same way as I do?
