Mujhe Hive k bare main pichle saal pta chala jab main ek play2earn game ki talash main tha or ek simple google search ne mujhe splinterlands recommend kiya. Splinterlands pr account bnane k kuch din baad tak mujhe ye nhi pta tha ki ye Hive blockchain pr bna hai.

Main kismat se hi splinterlands k discord server pr pahuch gya tha... mujhe koi support ki jrurat thi shayad. Abhi yaad nhi kya baat thi. Lekin fir achanak se mujhe ek DM aata hai vo bhi help offer krne k liye. Or iss special person ne mujhe Hive k baare main btaya, apne splinterlands cards ka collection bhi dikhaya or ye bhi btaya ki lagbhag sab cards unhone buy kiye hai apni "post" earning se Hive pr. Phle toh mujhe yakeen nhi or mujhe lga ki koi online platform hai jisme bs kuch popular log hi earn kr skte hai or baaki sb aise hi unke peeche bhaag rhe honge.

Lekin vahin decentralised system m aapke account ka control aapke pass hi hai.
Ab main ek mission pr tha... Hive ke baare main jitna ho ske utna jaanne ki. Saara mission ab jankaari lene ka tha. Issi muhim main main hive.blog ka FAQ page bhi smjhne ki koshish ki. HBD, Hive, Hive Power, Staking, delegating, RC, VP, voting percentage etc sb kuch ek ek krke seekha. Lekin main ye kr paya kyunki mujhe interest tha kuch nya seekhne ka. Pr bhot saare logon k pass itne time ya interest nhi rhta or problem aati hai in sb nyi terms ko seekhne or smjhne main or issi ke chlte kaafi log haar maan kr chle jaate hai.
Doosri samasya language ki bhi padti hai... Jruri nhi ki sbhi ko English aati hi hai or itni jyada English ka bol balla hai idhar ki kuch log aaram se demotivate hokr chord dete hai ye sochkr ki main kbhi inke jaise likhna nhi seekh paunga.
Lekin log ye nhi smjhte ki sbse jruri hai ki unki baatein logon tak jae. Medium jo ho, language jo ho jruri nhi. Misaal ke tor pr kitne log hai jinhe mari ye post smjh aa skti hai vs kitne logon tak ye post jaegi. Ho skta hai ki ye post sirf 2 logon tak jae, kyunki logon ko abhi tak pta nhi hai ki aisi post dhundhi kahan hai or kya aisi post bhi likhi jaati hai hive pr. Jawab aapke saamne hai. Ye post ek acha example hai ki aapko doosro k banaye rule ko follow krne itna bhi jruri nhi, kabhi kabhi aap apne bhi rules bna skte ho or logon ko acha rules bnane pr majboor kr skte ho.
Pta nhi ye post kidhar ja rha hai. Lekin main end main yhi khunga ki apni dil ki baatein doosro tak pahunchni important hai, English, Hindi, Chinese kaise bhi jae.

For all non-Hindi speakers, here is a quick summary (ended up writing more...lol):
I got to know about Hive last year in October when I wanted to just play some play2earn games and a quick google search led me to splinterlands and then to their discord server. I had a query about something and got a nice, helpful reply from one of the fellow Indian in my DM.
This lovely person not only helped me with the query but also shared her experience with the game and the Hive blockchain itself. That is how I got to know what I call my home now. All these just because of a single midnight thought and curiousity about finding a game? How random that is?
Anyways, I didn't know anything about Hive, everything seemed complicated, all these terms were flowing past me like some bullets ready to carve through my soft tissues. I had to know everything about this new blockchain. I continued reading anything and everything I found online. This person explained it beautifully, much better than I can ever. But still all those new terms that haunted me at first were still a mystery to me. I had to learn about them from scratch. Now that I try to remember those days, I think it would have been much eaiser for me to understand all these if someone was willing to tell me that in my native language. I could have grasped it easily.
This language barrier is so strong on Hive with Indians that some of the newbies feels disaapointed or simply less motivated when they see big words floating around here. I was one of them. I thought I could never be that good. I remember the first post I did (it was not my intro post) was just 200 words or so and it felt hard partly because I had never writing an article online and partly because of the English language that I thought is a mandatory thing to post. But as you grow and understand more about hive, you will understand that the medium of communication (language) should not matter that much and all that matters is how you can write from the heart.
I have received many suggestions on hive, but the one that sticked was write what you want to not because you have to. This changed everthing for me. When you write from the heart and especially in your native language, words will automatically comes to life. Everything will fit in place perfectly.
To push writing in native languages, I have taken a big step. A new show hosted in Ecency's Discord Server that will help encourage Hindi speakers and writer in overcoming their fears of writing and making the learning process smoother and better.
