I have participated in two contests on the Hive blockchain so far. I won one of them, and the other is still going on. And today, I am going to take part in my third contest on Hive which is being organized by IndiaUnited.

All of us do some kind of work. Either we do a corporate job, or we are housewives, or students, or something else. But there is one thing that is common in all of us. After doing our work all day long, we get tired. And after getting tired, what do we need the most? We just need to sleep.
So yes, the thing I love doing the most is sleeping. And I want to say this in a respectful way, I love sleeping because it prepares me for the next day. It helps me get ready again with full energy to do any kind of work, no matter what it is.
For a very long time, I used to compromise on my sleep cycle. I used to think that by doing this, I was able to do more work. But with time, I realized that I was only harming myself. I used to stay awake till 2 or 3 in the night to do extra work.
I used to do overtime and thought I was earning extra money. But I was wrong. Yes, I was earning more, but at what cost? I was disturbing my sleep cycle. I was not giving my body the rest it needed.
Maybe it will sound strange to you that I am saying the thing I love the most is sleeping. But let me share an incident that explains why I love sleep so much. There was a time when my eyesight became very weak.
I was not able to see things clearly. Earlier, everything used to look fine to me, but suddenly, everything started appearing blurry. That is when I realized that my sleep cycle and sleeping habits were also affecting my eyes.
And I personally experienced that when I started sleeping on time and got enough sleep, things began to change. Now I make sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep, and I try to sleep more at night.
When I talked to doctors, they told me that our sleep cycle should be focused more during the night. So, we should sleep at night and only a little during the day if needed. This helps us stay healthy. That’s the reason I now believe that if you sleep on time, you stay healthy and so the thing I love to do the most is sleeping.
