Waking up every morning and thinking of yourself as an unemployed young fellow hits in a kind of way I cannot really relate to sometimes. Every day, every time, one of the most important things people think of, especially when you are just getting to an adult age, is how to get money and live a better life. But when you have eventually tried some aspect of getting a job and you have not been able to get any, it feels so bad and tiring at the same time. Because being financially buoyant is one of the things that makes us who we are as humans. Apparently, most of our daily activities need money directly and indirectly.
Why have I decided to talk about this? I thought about how life was back then in the olden days when our parents and the grown adults would have to walk miles to make sure they were able to seek a job. But the sad truth about seeking a job for them is that most of them will walk through a long part and still get rejected. But has this stopped them from reapplying to get another job again? No. One thing I have come to notice about jobs is that sometimes we tend to give up so easily, and aside from the fact that some employers just try to frustrate the efforts of people applying for jobs, we still have to summon courage to fight hard.
I could remember when I was still an undergraduate; I was developing myself in some aspect, and also writing a CV was also part of it, so I crafted my CV myself to apply for any job I wanted to apply for. But as the time I got to my final year in the university, I could not keep up with the job, and I had to quit because of the final year stress and other things. But since then, getting a new role has been so demanding, it looks like I have not even been making an effort at all.
We, the current generation, are so lucky, and the reason is we can easily apply for jobs from the comfort of our home and also get a remote job that pays so well. But sometimes this opportunity can be so scarce because there are limited offers for larger people, and the employers only want to pick the best. This is why you have to be the best at what you do and learn it to the extent that you can beat your chest outside and believe that you can.
Having a job that pays you well is better than having a job that requires more of your efforts and then you get paid pennies. Most of the time, this type of job will frustrate our efforts to the extent that we will want to give up or think we can't do it anymore. But the truth of the matter is that you can do it, and you can be better at what you do so long as you don't give up and you keep the ball rolling. One day your own luck will surely come, and you will eventually be happy in the end.
