New year, new hope. Greetings, loving friends, it's a pleasure to be here with you guys again. Happy New Year to you all, and thank you for stopping by my blog. The theme says "a fresh start, a new year resolution." Every year we all have fresh resolutions, which sometimes we might achieve, or sometimes the plans change, so for me this year, one of the important things I will be holding on to strongly is not to expect too much from people.
The disappointment that comes with that hurts a lot and is different. And again, one thing I will hold on to again is being financially stable; that means working twice as hard as the previous year. There is this freedom and joy that comes with having money of your own. My family is growing big, and I don't want to leave only my husband with the responsibility of us; I want to assist him in the little way that I can with some family stuff. I know how important that is to the family, so I'm working towards achieving that. Last year, I and some of my friends had some contributions, with which we were able to get some stuff for the festive season.
I was able to join and was making the contribution every month using my HBD. At the end of the year, we bought flour, sachets tomatoes, vegetable oil, sugar, Maggie and much more. I did that to support my husband with some expenses during the festive period, and it was a surprise I wanted to give my husband, so I didn't tell him, and when the day came and I presented the items to him, the joy in his face was something I wouldn't explain to this date. All I heard him saying was, "Thank you for helping me," so I want to do more This year, plans have been put in place, and I am waiting for God to perfect it for me.
For now this is my resolution; I might add some later, but for now these are the things on my head. Thank you for stopping by. Have a blessed and fruitful week ahead; see you next time.
