Do cleanliness of a place decides it's tourism rate?

Hello, Ram Ram, Namaste, Sastriyakal, to all Hive users. Today, I'll tell you that the cleanliness of a place decides its tourism rate. Most of us would like to discover new places, and I, too, like to discover and visit new places, and most of the time I like to visit mountain places because I feel a connection between nature, mountains, and me. Yes, I think that the cleanliness of a place affects the tourism rate a lot, but we can't say it totally because in India, most of the places are dirty and uncleaned, but then also people love to visit India too much. In most of the places in India, the tourists are mostly foreigners because foreigners love India, as there are cold deserts in Ladakh.

That desert in Rajasthan has a very hot climate. And all types of places with different climatic conditions that vary from place to place. But, cleanliness in my perspective affects a lot for the tourism rate of a place or even a country. I have a good example that if you got a chance to go to a 5-star restaurant and a 1-star restaurant at the same price, you would always prefer the 5-star restaurant because the cleanliness, services, and the quality of food would be much better than the 1-star rated restaurant.
