Hello, Ram Ram, Namaste, Satriyakaal to all Hive users. Today, I'll tell you that strict discipline kills creativity, or does it kill freedom? All of us know that discipline is important for all institutions, whether it is a school, a coaching,, or an office. The main thing everyone needs is discipline, but does everyone need strict and tight discipline rules? Obviously, no, because not everyone is bad.
Almost all of the people know how to behave properly in institutions or in public places. Every place needs discipline, whether it is a fish market or a respected office center; all the people in the fish market should be in a proper line to buy the fish so that any chaos should not be created. But, strict discipline can kill creativity because a nice or disciplined person can also be afraid of the very strict rules, so an institution should have strict discipline, but not a very strict one discipline that contains very strict rules that should be followed by everyone and this is not fair because everyone of us don't have same behaviour and all of us are different in different meaning, I don't mean by religion and caste, I mean by behaviour and preachings.
Some of us don't need much time to understand things, and some of us take much time to understand things because all of us have different abilities and everyone has a different perception and mindset to understand things differently, like I can give you a tricky example. A number two zero two four- it can be written as 0044, or it can be written as 2024, so, here we have different perspectives according to our own mindset, like this, only everybody has different thoughts. But, the strict discipline can kill the freedom of people, and this is not fair for all the people with different behaviour and different mindsets in the society.
So, for Today, this much only till further goodbye.
