What is more important in job, age or experience?

Hello, Ram Ram, Namaste, Sastriyakal, to all Hive users. Today, I'll tell you that what is more important in job, age or experience. All of us know that both age and experience is needed in job, but most of the times experience is most important in job as in the interviews and introduction you, have asked an idea of the job and work you have to perform.

And experience matters because if an aged person is illiterate and he know how to do farming then, also he has experience about something so, he can survive depending upon farming, but, a beggar who doesn't have any experience and he is depending upon begging so, he can't do anything except begging and to survive a beggar should also find a work from which he can become experienced. And that's why experience is the most important factor. If a 50 year old person is going for a job and he doesn't have an experience of the work he want to do, so while doing the work, he can develop his skills and later he can become experienced in future and can earn money from his skills.
