The offices, schools, and colleges should give a list of the work to be done previously, like they should provide the list and content of the work to be done in the following week, so that everyone can perform the weekly tasks within the time, and if this type of routine is followed in the offices then the owner should give the person more work on asking, and the good thing should be that the worker should be paid extra salary for his extra work other than the weekly work, I think that this idea would be a perfecet idea for a corporate job worker and the worker's life is like that they do not have a fixed time that they have to do or they can perform the same task at same time on every day of the week, rather than that a worker has some less amount of work on some days and some extra amount of work on other days. So, the owner should provide a list of the work that needs to be done till the end of the following week, and in this type of working system, every worker would like to do the work, but they should be consistent with their work.
And the workers get a flexible time to complete their work, and further, the owner can also increase the work if the corporate workers agree to do more work in a particular week, and the workers would also get more time to spend time with their family and friends.
