I had noticed that alot of tattoo artist make use of stickers and guerrilla adverdtisments to get the word out, second to tattooists would probably be musicians this group goes by the name Hover Fly and have made a song called Bicycle Toad, i had a listen to it on YouTube and quite liked it , it was a relaxed jazz track which isn't as common as they used to be.
