I saw this sticker in Camberwell south-east London and nearly walked straight past it but as i got closer i noticed the detail and had to stop and get a closer look, it is as if someone has taken a paint brush and flicke it across a surface, i think there is a name for this kind of technique but it escapes me at the moment.
