Dbuzz is cool
So I made an animated NFT of the logo
Microblog function wrapped up within a HIVE dApp
I have a lot of short, quirky thoughts that pop into my head, usually after a cup of coffee or three. Microblogs are an interesting platform for such things, until they become an overrun festering shit-heap of negative energies. Most legacy social media sites have this issue. Mass adoption has its benefits and its downsides, sadly.
So I've been updating my profile over on dbuzz with my random thoughts. Perhaps random thoughts might not be worth a lot, but I'm very glad to have a place to post them where I at least feel respected as a user, unlike some other site with a blue bird for a logo. That alone is enough for me to promote the platform.
When I get an idea and set out to digitally create something, I like to start with a blank canvas. I do have some processes and workflow templates setup for ease of audio mixing/mastering, but for the most part I like to start with nothing and see what happens to get created, from music to art to video.
I dig the dbuzz logo so I started with that, eventually figuring out that having little bees flying around it would look pretty neat and kind of encapsulate the idea of the platform in general. Little bees dropping off little buzzes inside of dbuzz on HIVE, before taking off. Short, sweet, simple, exactly what a microblog should be used for.
NFTs are something else. Everytime I sit and think about them, I'm often left with wondering and exploring new ideas moreso than honing into something solid. So in a way, my mind kind of flirts a lot with NFTs like it does a microblog. So what I want to do with this NFT is make a few copies, but give a copy away. I will also give away a copy of my HIVE crypto-stamp because why not.
