Good evening to all my friends. Today I will give you a very easy and equally healthy protein bar.
It is good to sit down and deal with such recipes ourselves, and fill our time and eat healthy and earn in our pocket.
So I will give you a snack or an interesting meal that is necessary for your daily program to give you energy and strength both during the day and in your training.
So what do we need...
- 2 cups ground oats.
- 1 cup whey protein..(whey)
- 1/2 of a cup of mixed nuts of your choice.
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed.
- 1 cocoa couverture.
- 250 ml almond or hazelnut milk
Implementation...
1.Put all the dry ingredients in the bowl and mix until well mixed together (oats, protein, nuts, cinnamon, seeds, couverture in small pieces).
2.Pour half the amount of milk and stir to soak all the dry ingredients and slowly create a uniform mass. Add the rest of the milk, making sure your mixture is relatively firm so that you can shape it. If you think you need more milk add. If your mixture became too wet, add a little more oats to absorb the above liquids.
3.Pour the mixture from the bowl onto non-stick baking paper and give it a square shape so that you can later cut it into bars.
4.Put the mixture in the refrigerator until firm (about 4 hours) and keep it there.
5.Cut the bars to the size you want and take them with you anywhere!
